Allie was in and out of treatment programs for over a decade before finding lasting recovery through long term treatment and the practice of the 12 Steps. After residential treatment Allie lived in a highly structured sober living house for women. It was there, in the capacity of house manager, that she fell in love with working with addicts and alcoholics in early recovery. She then came to work at RRTC, first as a recovery support specialist and later as a case manager. Presently, she is working as our Admissions Coordinator. Allie brings tremendous passion and depth of experience to her work; she is a real asset to our community.
